Just a reminder that this girl - this woman - was willing to sacrifice her own brilliant future (she got into Yale, an Ivy League School - on earlier admissions) for Rachel whom she wasn’t in a relationship with except a love rivalry for the same boy.
She had nothing to gain from doing this, only to lose and yet, she asked Rachel not to hate her because she was just trying to send her on her way, somewhere she really belonged to.
Why? Maybe it’s because Quinn always saw Rachel for her real self as in a star meant to shine far away from Lima and any other possible anchors that would only take her down. Maybe it’s because she envied the potential she didn’t have.
Or maybe because this is what love is too. Whether it’s romantic or not (depending on how you perceive them), it is love when you want to make someone happy in the long run even if you come out to be mean and hurtful in the present time.
This is what Real Love is and Quinn Fabray showed Rachel way before Finn Hudson did.
